Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Open the product, tap Order Now, fill in your name, phone number, address and city, and confirm. That's it. No account or online payment needed.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your door.

Will you contact me after I order?
Yes. We confirm every order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone available.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.

Delivery

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free to every city in Pakistan, with no minimum order.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days for major cities and 3–6 working days for other areas. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0327 8027257 with your order number and we will send your tracking details.

Can I open the parcel before paying?
This depends on the courier company's rules. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
Send a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge.

Who pays for return delivery?
For damaged, defective or wrong items, we do. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return delivery charges.

Can beauty products be returned?
Used beauty and personal care items (creams, serums, lip care, razors) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened items can be.

How will I get my refund?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item. See our Refund Policy.
